Most of you know that my day job is running product for a site called eHow.com. We’re currently working on an initiative to allow readers to submit their own articles to the site so that submissions selected for publication by our editors can take advantage of the 120 million page views we get each month.
I was so honored and excited when Jerri Farris, our Editor-in-Chief, offered me the chance to be published on the site. Admittedly, I don’t know if I would have made the cut if I didn’t have connections but it still felt great.
I chose one of our all-time favorite recipes – well, one of my many favorites but Brad’s actual, literal all-time favorite.
This roasted chicken with root vegetables is a foolproof one pot meal. It takes a little time to cook but only 15 minutes of active prep. It’s paleo-friendly clean eating at it’s simplest but still a super impressive dish for guests.
Find the step-by-step recipe here.
